Refund Policy

1. Overview

At TruVisor Consultants, we strive to deliver the best business registration and accounting services. We understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel or request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Started: If we have not yet commenced work on your engagement, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged twice for the same service, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.
  • Service Not Delivered: If we are unable to complete the service due to reasons attributable to us, a full or partial refund will be provided.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Service has been partially or fully completed.
  • Government fees or statutory charges already paid on your behalf (these are non-refundable as they are paid to government authorities).
  • Delay or rejection caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
  • Change of mind after the service has been initiated.
  • Rejection of application by government authorities due to ineligibility of the client.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Work Begins: Full refund of professional fees (excluding government fees if already paid).
  • Work In Progress: Partial refund based on the stage of completion, determined at our discretion.
  • After Completion: No refund will be provided once the service has been delivered.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@truvisorconsultants.in with your order details and reason for refund.
  2. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.
  3. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  4. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

6. Partial Refunds

In cases where work has been partially completed, we may offer a partial refund. The refund amount will be calculated based on the work done, time spent, and resources utilized. This determination will be made at the sole discretion of TruVisor Consultants.

7. Service Credits

In certain cases, instead of a monetary refund, we may offer service credits that can be used towards future services with TruVisor Consultants. Service credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

8. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your refund request, you may escalate the matter by writing to our management at support@truvisorconsultants.in with the subject line "Refund Dispute". We will review and respond within 5 business days.

9. Changes to This Policy

TruVisor Consultants reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
