3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documents required for the services.
• Respond promptly to our queries and requests for clarification.
• Review and verify all filings and reports before final submission.
• Ensure that all information provided is truthful and not misleading.
• Make payments as per the agreed pricing and payment terms.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment is due upon confirmation of the service order unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other supported methods.
• Government fees, stamp duties, or other statutory charges are not included in our service fees unless explicitly stated.
• GST (18%) is applicable on all services as per government regulations.

5. Service Delivery

We strive to complete all services within the estimated timelines communicated at the time of engagement. However, actual timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the work, government processing times, and timely receipt of required documents from the client.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your personal or financial information to any third party except as required by law, with your consent, or as necessary to provide our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

• TruVisor Consultants shall not be held liable for any penalties, interest, or losses arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by government portals, system downtimes, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of TruVisor Consultants and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

9. Account & Access

If you create an account on our platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for services already rendered will become immediately due. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

12. Changes to Terms
